Moonlight Garden necklace

......the moon crossing the dark sky,
leaving behind a glowing trace of silver lining petals......
 
The Moonlight Garden collection is trying to catch the moment when light meets dark in a poetic way.
First by create a contrast between the dark "cut out flower" background with light enamel flowers in the front. This sucessfully creates an illusion that the moon light is glittering through waving flowers in the night, all the petals is gilted with silver linings. 
Secondly by the color contrast between the dark background and the tender pale pink/yellow colors of the enamel flowers. Each enamel flower has been carefully fired in kiln several times in order to get the best color variations.  Because of the unique process therefore each design in the Moonlight collection will be slightly varied in colors. No one design is exactly the same.
Third the enamel flowers are arranged in a beautiful "crescent" shape which as a metaphor of moonlight.
 
There are total 20 enamel flowers on this pendant.
pendant size: 43mm in diameter
chain: 17" oxidized omega sterling silver chain with a 2" extension and spring clasp.
materials: sterling silver 925 and kiln fired vitreous enamel.
maker/material marks are soldered at the back of the pendant to guarantee the quality of workmanship.
