Sophia Hu

AN ARCHITECT WHO LOVES TO MAKE JEWELRY WITH HER OWN HANDS

After practicing architecture design for over 15 years, Sophia shifted her creative career to jewelry making from 2010. Since then precious metal, gems as well as other alternative materials have become her new creative mediums. Perhaps by fate as she advanced in her skills as a goldsmith, more and more architectural features have appeared in her works. She has won several major jewelry design awards including Saul Bell award and MJSA Vision award.
